Frequently Asked Questions

What is your workshop schedule?

Class availbility varies - please visit Fifteen / Eleven's registration page for available classes or subscribe to our newsletter for future classes.

Can you give logistical information about attending, like where to park and eat?

The studio is located two blocks east of the King Street Metro. Metered street parking is available on King Street or free three hour parking on neighboring streets. The nearest parking garage is at the Hilton at 1737 King St. There are lots of great options for places to eat in Old Town! Within one block walking distance of the Hive you can find: Brabo, the Butcher Block, Subway and Perfect Pita.

Can I hold a space in the next class?

Workshops are kept small for an intimate learning environment and are offered on a first come, first serve basis.

Are there refunds if I can’t make it?

Because class sizes are limited, we are not able to refund registrations. We will however try to accommodate you in the next scheduled class if you have an emergency.

Are there prerequisites?

We only ask that you bring your excitement for the subject you are registering for! For advanced letterpress classes, the introduction class is required.

Who are the classes for?

The classes are designed for adults learners and you must be over 18 to attend.
